| I. Background | |
血小板衍生生長(zhǎng)因子（PDGF）是一類重要的生長(zhǎng)因子，主要由血小板、內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞和 巨噬細(xì)胞分泌，在細(xì)胞增殖、遷移、分化和血管生成等生物學(xué)過(guò)程中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。它不 僅在正常生理過(guò)程中（如傷口愈合和組織修復(fù)）起重要作用，還在多種病理過(guò)程中（如癌 癥、纖維化和動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化）扮演重要角色。PDGF 家族包括 PDGF-A、PDGF-B、PDGF- C 和 PDGF-D 四種亞型。PDGF 通過(guò)與其受體（PDGFR）結(jié)合，激活下游信號(hào)通路，調(diào)控 細(xì)胞行為。 血小板衍生生長(zhǎng)因子受 0 體α（PDGFRA），又稱為 CD140A 或 PDGFR2，是一種細(xì)胞 表面激酶受體，屬于血小板衍生生長(zhǎng)因子家族。 | |
